Fitness

My fitness is 70/10/20 of Weightlifting/Walking/Specific Cardio. I exercise at a brisk, controlled pace. Most of my interest now lies in Crossfit-related exercises, compound/Olympic type lifts, hiking, and bodybuilding isolated movements(one of those things I will probably never give up, regardless of scientific evidence). I was once lost, working out for 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs daily, but now I limit my workouts to 60 minutes, 45 minutes if they are compound lifts. I respect De Vany's evolutionary fitness, but I tend to lift more frequently than recommended, about 5 days/week. Feel free to ask questions; I tend to make up exercise names and avoid abbreviation.
