Semi-clean Paleo: Treenuts(specifically peanuts) are the main reason for labeling it "Semi-clean." Read more about the Paleo diet here, here, and here.

I embrace fat. Specifically animal fats. Don't really watch saturated fat intake too closely, but limit PUFAs. Usually 70-100g/day.

Protein: Higher than recommended, but adequate for what I need. Usually 150-200g/day.

Carbs: Limit starchy carbs, don't really do sugar too often. Low GI fruits (grapefruit). Usually anywhere from 10-80g/day.
